Industrial Power UPS

Armour Power Controls industrial UPS with single or three phase output are designed for the harsh industrial environment. The flexible system concept allows full compliance to the customer requirements with a wide range of options.

Besides the traditional Thyristor rectifier, Armour Power Controls, UPS systems can be supplied with the leading A.T.I.S.® (Advanced Technology Industrial System) frontend based PFC (power factor correction) IGBT technology. This technology meets all common DC levels and offers a full galvanic isolation. Online managed battery testing with mains back-feed is another significant benefit of this advanced topology.

Industrial Power Transformers

Transformers convert electrical energy between two or more circuits through electromagnetic induction, performing voltage conversion and providing isolation. Power transformers are available in encapsulated, ventilated/open, buck-boost and compact control styles with a wide range of primary and secondary voltage configurations. Models for indoor/outdoor service are available

Industrial Stabilizers

Servo Stabilizer is the equipment which provides constant output voltage to load. Generally, it has been observed that there is never a constant supply of voltage (230V in Single Phase or 415V in 3 Phase) in AC Main Supply. Usually, it varies from 150V-300V and 300V to 500 Volt. Hence, due to which the severe conditions can emerge like Over Load Conditions, Heavy Line Losses, Poor Power Factor, Problem of Machinery Damage, and many more. Generally, during daytime the connected load is more to main supply and hence there is dip (low voltage) and in night time the voltage supply is more as the connected load decreases.

Industrial Phase Convertors

The single drive configuration contains a rectifier, DC link and an inverter in one single AC drive unit. The single drives are complete AC drives that can be installed without any additional cabinet or enclosure. The single drives are available as wall-mounted, free standing and cabinet built constructions. The protection class of the single drives is at least IP 21, and higher protection classes are available as an option.
